NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Florida will hold a public hearing at the Village of Florida Village Hall, 33 South Main Street, Florida New York 10921 on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible on park fees.  A copy of the proposed fees is available for review on the Village’s website: VillageofFloridaNY.org.  To the extent such public hearing is held via video conferencing technology, call in information will be posted on the Village’s website 24 hours prior to the public hearing.

All dogs must be on a leash or are subject to a $250.00 fine per dog

 

All dogs MUST have a CAT (Canine Approved Tag) or they are subject to a fine

 

Any person without park pass is subject to $100.00 fine

DAY PASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR A FEE
